| The Island Packer ran 1/2 day trips & Camping trips to Anacapa's Frenchy's Cove. | In 1969 the Island Packer lost power in rough seas and broke apart on the rocks of Anacapa Island. |

| In 1970, Bill Connally partnered with Lawrence Vernand, and the Paisano came into action. | Later on many other vessels would become active in the Island Packer fleet. |

| Today, the Vanguard built by Glen Galbraith remains active in the fleet, and is operated by Cherryl Connally's son, Jason Wendel. | In 2003 Mark Connally, Keith Brovold and Alex Brodie partnered and designed the high speed catamarans, Islander, and Island Adventure. |
