New Reservation System for 2024
Island Packers is pleased to announce a new reservation system at the start of 2024. Our new streamlined system will offer greater freedoms when booking your trip. Details that previously required assistance from our reservation team will now be available for passengers to book themselves, including:
- The ability to make, change, update or cancel your reservations online.
- The ability to book large groups (10-20) and receive a group discount.
- The convenience of QR codes to speed up check-in and reduce paper waste.
Island Packers is confident our new reservation system will provide a marked improvement to our operations and greater convenience for our passengers.
As a result of our system upgrade, reservations will be restricted for a short time while we transfer systems. Until the entire switch-over is completed, passengers wishing to book trips for dates after May 31, 2024, are asked to make their reservations after January 1, 2024. We encourage passengers booking these trips to book early in the new year, as many people will be doing the same thing and popular dates may sell out quickly. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and hope that all our customers enjoy the new reservation system to come in 2024!
